The ultimate goodbye - and a new beginning?

Searching through files, Matt Neuenberg finds Hana and Drucker hacking into The Company's mainframe. Neuenberg is forced to download the entire database into his memory in order to protect The Company's files and stop Hana and Drucker from gaining access to them.

Drucker page updated with 1/14 message

There is a new post up on the Richard Drucker page at NBC. The post confirms last Monday's audio message from Drucker (regarding the plan we catch a glimpse of in today's graphic novel):

On Monday, January 14, Drucker left a puzzle in Hana's email box. When solved, an audio message from the man himself could be heard:

"After I came to the United States, I met Charles Deveaux in New York. We had much in common. He introduced me to his friends. They realized I was special, could hear things that weren't there. Signals in space. In the air. They saw I was filled with the unthinking anger of an insecure child. They tried to use this against me, to convince me, but I saw them for what they were. And so I fled.

Perhaps you're right, Hana. Perhaps it's time to right old wrongs. Together, we can destroy their infrastructure, once and for all."

Thanks to our friend RyanGibsonStewart for nudging me about this update, and pointing out (for us perfectionists) that there is a small error: NBC lists Drucker's message as saying "it's" when he clearly says "it is". :)

Graphic Novel #69: Hana and Drucker's Plot Discovered

Voices without bodies begin their plan to destroy The Company.

The Company successfully recruited Matt Neuenberg to help them with their operations. It didn't hurt that when Matt met Elle, sparks began to fly. Now, Matt lives under the Company's roof and his powers are really put to the test.

NBC page confirms - Drucker is dead

Thanks to madammina for pointing out new details on the Richard Drucker page at NBC:

• In the January 7 graphic novel, a shocking revelation came to light... the man we thought was Richard Drucker was actually his personal pilot, Goose Hampton. The real Richard Drucker died in a plane crash years ago.

In the final installment of Global News Interactive's piece on Richard Drucker, Microprocessor magnet Zhang Yang speaks out about the time he spent with Drucker in India in the 1980's. Yang is right - Drucker is an enigma. I'm afraid he may have gone into hiding in order to stay out of The Company. I hope he is safe.

Puzzle at Cogitoergosum blog

Thanks to Mike for reporting about a fresh post at the Cogitoergosum blog (the blog which brought us a mysterious letter and postcard ) over at 9th Wonders. The new post presents us with a bit of a puzzle:

The playwright William Congreve said that "music has charms to soothe a savage breast. To soften rocks or bend a knotted oak." I myself was once tamed a long time ago. My favorite things are still in this past even as I'm being drawn to the present.

This new video leads me to think that the mystery of Drucker goes even deeper than I first imagined. Does anyone know anything about Samkhya philosophy? I believe it has something to do with nature and consciousness, but I don't know much more. I am looking for help finding details and a link to why Drucker would be interested in Samkhya. All theories welcome.

Kudos to Smoking Cloud for reporting a new post at the Cogitoergosum blog (the blog which brought us this other mysterious letter) over at 9th Wonders:

The new post features a postcard, with an image of the Tiger's Nest Monastery in Bhutan.
By clicking on the image, the postcard is then viewable in a pop-window. In the window, clicking on the hidden eye in the picture will flip the card over to the written side.

The link takes us to a thread at the 9th Wonders boards, titled "A new Announcement, We Received a Mysterious letter...", which includes a link to a mysterious document under the Cogitoergosum blog. It is dated December 05, 04:37 PM and is titled
In my heart....

I have located Part two of Global News Interactive’s piece on Drucker and posted it here. Young tech tycoon and Drucker historian Charlie Svenson digs into Drucker’s early interest in politics and the forward thinking that made him the man he is today. And yet why would someone so bold not return the message I sent? I don't have an answer. Something seems off to me. I ask you all to hold tight - I sense that more is still to come.

Dr. Suresh claims to be making new advancements in his studies on the Shanti virus, but his recent devotion to The Company makes his previous altruistic intentions somewhat questionable. I can only hope he is still doing the right thing. He has posted more expert videos on his website: activatingevolution.org. I believe the videos are supposed to help us in the understanding of the virus and its potential outbreak. You be the judge.
