I'm a small village located in Peoria County, Illinois.
ETA: Some fans (including myself) received two versions of this text. The first one appeared as shown above, and the second one used a space instead of the apostrophe:

I got the text message twice, and the second time it omitted the apostrophe in "I'm"-- that is, it said "I m".
looking at the wikipedia entry for peoria county, illinois, it seems there are several unincorporated communities that could be names:
Alta
Cramers
Edelstein
Edwards
Elmore
Galena Knolls
Komatsu Dresser (another front for the company?)
Laura
And the wikipedia entry for Edelstein basically says it's an outpost for the suspiciously broadly named "International Supply Company".
Also under the wikipedia entry, there is a city/town named Hanna.

There's a small town called Dunlap in Peoria county. That could be a name, I suppose, considering we don't know if our new informer is male or female and it could be a last name anyway.
town is different than village make sure when you are looking that is specifically calls the place a village
that's interesting... when I cecked the wikipedia entry, I didn't see a village named hanna
oh, I just checked. it's listed under towns, but when you click the link, it says that it's a village.
well, gee. that's too compelling of a coincidence to ignore. red herring?
There is also a town/village named Monica.
Maybe Hanna just trying to keep low?
I'm actually from the area, and yeah, Dunlao looks to be the best idea here.
keep in mind we already have the first name. Donna. We need to connect it to the last name.
I imagine its another word game. Donna plus the last name probably equal our new wireless friend all jumbled up.
I looked it up and there is a Sheridan village in peoria county, illinois. It's a small mall on of the the first in the US. That might be what it is about.
Just looked back and the last text referred to Donna. So maybe the name is Donna Sheridan or something. But that's the name of a character in an upcoming musical so??
Her name is Donna Dunlap.
Her and Evs are two separate people.
This is confirmed as part of the new Graphic Novel Arc. Everything will revolve around the company.
