Only once. If you look at the repository page at the Yamagato fellowship, you can see that it is only once.
The GN's etc don't matter. The clue is coming from someone in the heroes world, therefore we should stay within the heroes world.
Love is in quotes, maybe it doesn't mean actual love he had eleven girlfriends that he "loved"

But one clue actually directed us to the last GN! How does that fit in the Heroes world?

To me that sounds like a direct link between the new contact and the GN - not YF.
based on the new messages i think the answer is 5 as love appears five times in the yamagato fellowship. could five represent E?
